Allison Hurlbut, DDS

Allison Hurlbut, DDS, is the owner of Hurlbut Dental. She attended Oklahoma State University for her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2016. She then went on to obtain her Master’s in Medical Anatomy from the University Nebraska Medical Center, Graduate College. In 2021, Allison graduated with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Nebraska Medical Center. She has since worked in private practice before buying her own, Hurlbut Dental, right here in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Dr. Hurlbut loves meeting new people and helping patients improve their overall health and their smile. She is passionate about creating meaningful relationships with her patients. She is also grateful for her tight knit team – who genuinely care about each other and the health of their patients.

When she isn’t caring for patients, you can find Allie running, riding her horse, entertaining her Australian Shepherd – Wally, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Allison grew up showing horses competitively all over the country and earned a scholarship to ride on the equestrian team at Oklahoma State.

Tracy

Dental Assistant
Tracy is a fantastic Dental Assistant. With 23 years of experience, she brings so much knowledge and talent to our office. Day-to-day Tracy is well known for making sure patients enjoy their experience at Hurlbut Dental and she finds it rewarding to see them smiling after their appointments.

When Tracy is away from the office you may find her indulging in retail therapy or baking deliciously sweet treats. Tracy also enjoys spending time with her husband and being a great mom to their daughter.

She will surely be working hard to make you smile at your dental visit!
Brittney

Brittany

Dental Hygienist
Brittany is a talented Dental Hygienist and an experienced leader on our team. She has been in this industry for 14 years and loves it! One of the things she really likes about Hurlbut Dental specifically is our caring culture and relaxed, fun environment. She contributes to our great culture by being sure to give our team a few laughs throughout the day. Her favorite part about her work is building relationships with her patients and providing them with excellent care.

Outside of the office, Brittany has been known to spike a few volleyballs on the court. She also loves to swim in the summertime. As a mom of two active kids, she’s always there on the sidelines cheering for her favorite players.

When she’s not cheering them on, she’ll be rooting for you! We know you’ll love her!

Dawn

Dental Hygienist
Dawn is one of our phenomenal hygienists. Her talent and quality patient care reflect her years of experience. She adores our amazing team and the compassionate, quality care we provide to our patients.

When Dawn is out of the office, she is busy being a mom to her son. You may find her traveling from ballfield to ballfield, cheering on his baseball team. If she isn’t rooting him on, she spends time for herself tending to her growing garden.

If she isn’t supporting her son, she is supporting you through her incredible work!

Barbra

Front Desk Coordinator
Barbra has been a Dental Assistant since 2005 and is currently working as a Front Desk Coordinator. Growing up in Lincoln, Nebraska, she married her high school sweetheart and has built a fulfilling life with their two children and three dogs. Passionate about her work, Barbra loves meeting new people and creating welcoming experiences for patients. Committed to continuous learning in the dental field, she values compassion and efficiency in both her work and personal life.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and exploring the outdoors.

Mallory

Dental Hygienist
Mallory is a dedicated Dental Hygienist who earned her degree from the UNMC College of Dentistry in 2012. Originally from Valparaiso, NE, she now lives on an acreage near Lincoln with her husband, Jess, and their two children– Anna and Blake. With a passion for promoting oral health and a commitment to patient care, Mallory creates a fun and welcoming environment for her patients.

She also enjoys camping, live music, browsing local artists, spending as much quality time with friends and family as she can, and making the most of life in the great outdoors.
