Savings Plan Benefits
We want to make sure that our patients are set up for dental health success. For patients without insurance, our dental saving plan options will help you enjoy savings by paying directly for services at a lower price. This is not an insurance plan so there are no copays or premiums.
We offer these two savings plan membership options for an annual fee. Patients enrolled in either of our dental savings plans can enjoy the following discounts.
Preventative
100% COVERED
- Dental Cleanings, two-four per year (depending on plan)
- Exams, two per year
- Fluoride, no age limit
- Emergency Exam, one per year
- Bitewing X-rays, one set per year
- Panoramic X-rays, one per three years
Restorative
20% covered
- Sealants
- Fillings
- Extractions
- Night Guard/Bleach Trays
- Nitrous
- Root Canals
- Crowns
- Implant Crowns
- Dentures
Orthodontic
$500 off
- Invisalign
Savings Plan is NOT transferable.
General Savings Plan Coverage and Benefits
This plan is for typical patients who anticipate routine, annual dental care and general dental cases.
Individual Coverage

Family Coverage
This plan is for families of four or less. Adding a family member is an additional $275 per person, annually.
Savings Plan is NOT transferable.
Periodontal Savings Plan Coverage and Benefits
This plan is for patients with more extensive dental care needs due to periodontal disease.
Tier 1
Four perio maintenance visits per year. Recommended for active to severe periodontal disease.
Tier 2
Three perio maintenance visits per year. Recommended for moderate to severe periodontal disease.
Tier 3
Two perio maintenance visits per year. Recommended for patients who have graduated from Tier 2 and are in recovery from periodontal disease.
Preventative and Periodontal Services do not roll over from year-to-year and the Savings Plan is not transferable.
We cannot accept and bill insurance in addition to these plans.
